How to Cancel Your Order

Our support team will review your request and process the cancellation if your order is eligible.

Cancellation Timeframe
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Information
If your order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method as per our Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will simply be cancelled without any refund process.

To maintain a fair shopping experience for all customers, we request that you place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only if you genuinely intend to receive them.

Repeated cases of:

Refusing COD deliveries,
Placing fake orders, or
Misusing the COD service,

may result in restriction or suspension of your ability to place future orders on D KULAKSH.
