Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. This helps us verify the issue quickly and process your request fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Products returned after the return window has expired.
Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method for prepaid orders.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable refund method after the required details are verified.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
